Terms and Conditions for the provision of the "LinkedIn Audit & Optimization Kit" service

1. Parties involved These Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding service contract.

The contract is concluded between:

PROVIDER: OMNI CONSULTING SOLUTIONS SRL, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 2, Bld. Pache Protopopescu, no. 15, et. 1, ap. 2, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2016012009409, with Unique Registration Code (CUI) RO36516798 (hereinafter referred to as "ConnectLi" or "Provider")

and

BENEFICIARY: The company or individual whose identification and billing data are validly entered in the order form on the site.

Checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box when submitting the form represents firm acceptance of this contract and serves as a substitute for a handwritten/electronic signature.

2. Subject matter of the contract
The Provider undertakes to deliver to the Beneficiary the "LinkedIn Profile Audit & Optimization Kit" service. This service is digital, personalized, and consists of:

• Analysis of the current LinkedIn profile provided by the Beneficiary.

• Delivery of editable graphic materials (strategic cover photo variants).

• Writing optimized, ready-to-implement texts for key sections (Headline and About section).

• Providing strategic positioning direction and explanations for each proposed change.

3. Financial and payment conditions
The value of the package is 220 EUR + VAT. After the Beneficiary completes the form, the Provider will issue a proforma invoice. The service will be provided exclusively with full advance payment by bank transfer to the Provider's account. The final tax invoice will be issued immediately after the amount is received.

4. Execution and Delivery Terms
The provider will begin the analysis and execution of the materials only after confirmation of receipt of the proforma invoice. The delivery time of the complete Kit is 5 working days (the time can be adjusted by you on the site if you want another one) from the date of payment confirmation. The deliverables will be sent in digital format, to the e-mail address filled in the form.

5. Beneficiary's Obligations
Provide correct billing data (CUI / Name) and a valid link to the targeted LinkedIn profile. Pay the proforma invoice to initiate the work process. The implementation of the delivered materials (copy/paste on the profile and uploading the banner) falls under the exclusive responsibility of the Beneficiary.

6. Return and Liability Policy
Since the service consists of strategic consulting and the creation of fully personalized digital content for a specific profile, according to the legislation in force, the right of withdrawal / return does not apply after the start of the service provision (the moment of payment confirmation). The Provider guarantees the delivery of materials according to the best B2B conversion practices in the industry. The Provider does not guarantee a fixed number of sales, signed contracts or leads, as these results depend on the subsequent prospecting effort and on how the Beneficiary chooses to use the materials on the platform.
